Important update about Nike products shipping:
From January 1, 2020, Nike products from this website can’t be shipped outside European Union. All Nike products from non EU orders will be cancelled. Sorry for the inconveniences.

1. About order shipping
The shipping of international orders is made by express courier at the address and holder provided in the purchase process. The delivery time is between 2 days and 1 week, depending on the destination zone. The delay in delivery due to reasons beyond the control of Nigra Mercato does not imply cancellation of the order or compensation.
The orders are considered delivered when the customer signs the document of reception of the goods. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the packages and any anomalies due to damage to the material or failure to correspond with the delivery note.
2. Returns & cancellations policies
In compliance with current regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the goods. The return must be communicated via e-mail (email@example.com) to Nigra Mercato. The return must be made preserving and protecting its original packaging, sealed and in perfect conditions. Within 30 days of receipt of the return, Nigra Mercato undertakes to reimburse the product (minus shipping costs). Orders marked as store pick-up are covered by the store guarantee once they have been picked up and accepted as correct. Outlet items cannot be returned except in case of manufacturing defects, we assume many costs to offer you the best possible price in the Outlet! Cash on delivery orders are not refundable, we offer a voucher for the amount of the purchase. On special releases, all sales are final (indicated on the product sheet)
Option 1: Request a return label. (Only available for EU countries)
Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and requesting a return label. The courier company will send you an e-mail with instructions and points where you can deliver your package. The cost of this option is 30€ which will be deducted when the amount is refunded.
Option 2: Send the return on your own using the services of a courier company.
This can be done with any courier that offers signed and certified delivery services at the indicated reception times. We cannot guarantee the receipt and return of non-certified postal shipments.
How to return a product on your own:
- Send the product to Nigra Mercato - Lope de Vega 29, 28014 Madrid. Enclose this document inside the shipment.
- Return reception hours 11:30 - 19:30 from Monday to Saturday. No returns will be received outside these hours or at other pick up points.
- Once received, Nigra Mercato will be reimburse the amount of the product within a maximum period of 7 days.
Your must return the goods to: NIGRA MERCATO // Lope de vega 29 - 28014 Madrid, Spain - Timetable for receiving returns 11:00 - 20:00 from Monday to Saturday. No returns will be received outside these hours or at other pick-up points.
Returns of online orders cannot be delivered by hand to the physical store.
Nigra Mercato will pay the shipping and return costs in case of defective product or error in the order. If the causes are subjective reasons of the customer, we will not reimburse the shipping and return costs. The condition of defective product can only be determined by an official expert report, either from the manufacturer or specially commissioned by the buyer. Wear and tear and damage caused by the use of a product are not covered by the warranty.

2. Make a return as indicated in this document.
You can cancel an order within minutes of placing it by sending an email to email@example.com . If the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it and you will have to proceed to make a return once you have received it.
