1. About order shipping
The shipping of international orders is made by express courier at the address and holder provided in the purchase process. The delivery time is between 2 days and 1 week, depending on the destination zone. The delay in delivery due to reasons beyond the control of Nigra Mercato does not imply cancellation of the order or compensation.

The orders are considered delivered when the customer signs the document of reception of the goods. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the packages and any anomalies due to damage to the material or failure to correspond with the delivery note.

2. Returns & cancellations policies
In compliance with current regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the goods. The return must be communicated via e-mail (devoluciones@nigramercato.com) to Nigra Mercato. The return must be made preserving and protecting its original packaging, sealed and in perfect conditions. Within 30 days of receipt of the return, Nigra Mercato undertakes to reimburse the product (minus shipping costs). Orders marked as store pick-up are covered by the store guarantee once they have been picked up and accepted as correct. Outlet items cannot be returned except in case of manufacturing defects, we assume many costs to offer you the best possible price in the Outlet! Cash on delivery orders are not refundable, we offer a voucher for the amount of the purchase. On special releases, all sales are final (indicated on the product sheet)
