How long does it take for orders to arrive?
If you order from Spain, we have a maximum of 3 days to receive your order at home. To find out more about our international shipping and delivery policy, click here
Can I return my order?
You can make a return without any problem. If something strange has happened with the product, you can return it to us and we will take care of all the expenses, please email us to manage it. If you regret the purchase or it was not what you expected, you have the terms and conditions of return in this link
How do I make a size change?
Place a new order with the correct size and return the wrong one, we will refund you money as soon as we receive it. You can find the information about returns in this link. We recommend you not to wait to order the new size, if they are sold out we will not be able to replace them.
Can I go shopping at a physical store?
Of course you can! We are waiting for you at NIGRA MERCATO store, 29 Lope de Vega street, in Madrid, Spain. More info and contact here
Can I pick up an order at the store?
You can place your order online and pick it up at our store in Madrid at no cost. We will notify you by e-mail when it is ready for you to come and pick it up. You can see our address in this link. Don't forget to try it on when you pick it up in case you have to return it at the same time, because when you take it with you, you can only exchange it for a store coupon.
Can I reserve a sneaker?
You can place an order online and pick it up at our store in Madrid. We will keep them for 30 days. If the shoes become available in the future and are still not available, we cannot reserve them for you in any way.
